Kristin is the Education Program Coordinator for the KU Transportation Center. She develops the annual Kansas LTAP training calendar and implements statewide training, workforce/professional development, and specialized events and programs for both LTAP and RTAP. Kristin also coordinates the Kansas Roads Scholar Program, as well as provides technical assistance to local public agencies. Kristin also designed and executed the center's first online webinars.

Along with a number of years of administrative and supervisory experience in higher education, Kristin has worked in state government. She has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication (Legal Emphasis) with a minor in Human Services from Washburn University in Topeka, KS and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Kansas. Kristin is a member of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) and a member of the International Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society. She is currently the North Central Region Representative for the National Local Technical Assistance Program Association (NLTAPA) and is a member of the Joint Professional Development workgroup for NLTAPA.
