New Welding Class offered in Emporia, October 2

This training provides employees with the knowledge necessary to safely set up and operate welding machines. Attendees will receive a reference manual to keep.

Participants will learn about:

  • Welding Safety
  • Oxy-fuel Safety
  • SMAW (stick)
  • GMAW (MIG)
  • FCAW (FC & dual shield)
  • Demonstrations and Hands-on Welding Opportunities

Students must bring their own PPE which includes hoods, leathers, gloves, and safety glasses. Students are encouraged to bring rod or wire that you need to identified or that requires training to use properly.

About the Instructor

Anthony Stampe of ALS Enterprises is a travelling welding trainer specializing in maintenance welding. For the past 16 years he’s provided welding and repair advice to hundreds of clients in the oil & gas industry, construction companies, coal and copper mines and many county & city shops and utilities.
