Keith Browning

Keith Browning is a licensed engineer who served 22 years as the Public Works Director/County Engineer for Douglas County before retiring in June 2020.  He also worked for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Coffey County Highway Department, Johnson County Public Works, and a private engineering consultant during his 37-year career. He is currently the Local Road Engineer for the Kansas Association of Counties.  In this role, he coordinates county road issues at the state level, enhances communications between counties and public agencies, and serves as a resource person on road and bridge issues. 

For Kansas LTAP, he teaches a course on Culvert Inspections.
