Keith Browning

Keith Browning is a licensed engineer who served 22 years as the Public Works Director/County Engineer for Douglas County before retiring in June 2020. Over his 37-year career, he also worked for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Coffey County Highway Department, Johnson County Public Works, and a private engineering consulting firm. He later served as the Local Road Engineer for the Kansas Association of Counties, where he coordinated county road issues at the state level, supported communication between counties and public agencies, and acted as a resource on road and bridge matters.

Although now retired from that role, Keith continues to support Kansas LTAP with course review and preparation.
