Safety Star Program

The Safety Star Program enhances the knowledge of safety related basics. This program is intended for City Street Superintendents and County Road Supervisors, but also includes any public works individuals that are interested in safety.

STEP Program

The FHWA Safe Transportation for Every Pedestrian (STEP) program has developed a series of videos that demonstrate how to reduce crash risk for pedestrians crossing roadways.

These videos can be used in public meetings, conferences, or shared through social media to help educate pedestrians, drivers, and local decision-makers.
