Larry Wilson

Larry Wilson began work at Douglas County Public Works in 1983. Through the years, he did many different jobs and ran most of the equipment. He became Superintendent of the Bridge Crew and the Rock Road Crew, always working side by side with his crews. In 2010 he became the Assistant Operations Manager in charge of day-to-day operations and scheduling jobs. After 34 years with Douglas County, he retired in 2017.

Now he brings real life experiences and some funny/amazing stories to his Kansas LTAP classes.
