Student Posters

Student Registration and Poster Session

Students may attend the conference for a reduced registration fee of $100 if they present a poster in the Student Poster Session. Spaces for this session are limited, and posters will be selected based on quality and relevance to the conference, with preference given to those related to Geotechnics in Transportation. To submit a poster for consideration, please submit a pdf of your poster to Mary Nodine at mary.nodine@dot.gov. Deadline for poster submission will be March 28, 2025. Candidates will be notified of acceptance by April 10, 2025. KUTC staff will coordinate with accepted students to complete their registration and collect the $100 fee.

Posters should be no larger than 36" x 48". Display boards, easels and pins will be provided to each participant at the conference venue.
