Dale Dorsch

Dale Dorsch began his career in public service in 1982 for the Pawnee County Road and Bridge Department. Gaining experience operating heavy machinery, he moved into the road maintenance section, working with NE LTAP as a trainers and obtaining City Streets and County Highway Superintendent Class B Licenses. He transferred to the Nemaha County Kansas Road Department in 1998 and joined Kansas LTAP, gaining a Level 1 accreditation and Gravel Roads Maintenance Instructor.

Now he uses all of  the valuable knowledge gained from working in different entities across both states to help others better understand the maintenance of the roads and byways for a more economical and safer experience.
