Student Posters

Students may receive free registration to the conference when they sign up to present a student poster!

The student poster session will take place on Tuesday, May 21st from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Posters should be no larger than 36" x 48". Display boards, easels and pins will be provided to each participant at the conference venue.

After registering for the conference, posters should be emailed to Mary Nodine at mary.nodine@dot.gov by May 3rd.

Feel free to spread the word and share this flyer with anyone you think may be interested in participating! 

*When registering, be sure to sign up under the Student Registration with Poster option to avoid any registration fees!
